God is everywhere. He is in the trees, in the water, in the molten lava of the core of the earth. But God is not a tree, he is not water and he is not molten lava. God is an individual being, a Person. His Spirit is present in all the earth.
In Him we live, breath and have our being, but we are not God. Richard Dawkins cannot take a breath without God. The universe is dependent upon God. We cannot swallow, taste or speak without Him. He is closer than our skin.
God is everywhere, but he is not everything.
