Everyone believes in the end of the world. Christians, however, bear the most reproach for this belief.
Each major world religion teaches that the end of the world will come. For example, Buddhism teaches that this end will come when all nature reaches nirvana. Islam teaches that their will be a Day of Judgment. Judaism teaches that the dead will rise and enter their eternal dwelling place, paradise. These are some of the common religious views about the end of the world.
Secularists also believe in the end of the world. One of the most common theories about the end of the world, among secularists, states that the sun will eventually deplete and the earth will freeze.
